Welcoming 2026

Intentions are something that I don’t normally set in the new year, because I’m pretty bad at sticking to them. This year, I’ve decided to set mindful intentions as I’m on a health journey. I really want to focus on creating healthy habits that allow me to live my best life. Each month, I’ll challenge myself to a new goal, and document my progress.
January 2026
No added sugar
No alcohol
No processed foods
I’m trying to get into a strict workout routine, and one thing that I’d love to see if visible abs. I used to have really great abs, but I started to move away from that. This year, I’d love to get them back. Cutting back on alcohol and added sugar will help me achieve that goal.
My biggest weakness is kettle chips. I could eat them every day. This year, I want to create healthier habits, and one way to do that is to remove temptations. So the chips must go.
